      On the morning of August 10, 2023, the Ascending Safety Equipment Branch of the China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association (hereinafter referred to as the Ascending Branch) held the 2023 President's Office Meeting at Zhejiang Aopeng Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. Li Qin（李勤）, President of China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association, Li Jie （李杰）(兰靖、张宇代表), Zhou Kehai（周克海） (钟家淞代表), Chen Miaoren （陈妙仁）and Cai Baorong（蔡宝荣） rotating presidents of Denggao Branch, Cheng Hongbing（程红兵）, executive vice president, and Chen Mingzhen（陈明珍）, vice president, Secretary-General Zhang Xiaofei（张晓飞）, Secretary Liu Zhiyong（刘治永）, members of member units Zhang Qun（张群）, Zhang Xi（张喜）, Xu Fengge（徐凤格）, Ye Anmin （叶安敏）and others attended the meeting. I would like to express my gratitude to Chairman Zhou Kehai（周克海） for his efforts and contributions during his one-year on-duty period and congratulate Chairman Chen Miaoren（陈妙仁） on his on-duty period. I hope that during the on-duty period, we can continue the past and forge ahead, and lead the Ascend Branch to continue to lead the healthy development of the Ascend industry.
                                                                             

      President Chen Miaoren（陈妙仁） delivered a speech on duty and made personal opinions and plans on the follow-up work of the Denggao Branch. Chairman Chen Miaoren（陈妙仁）then pointed out that the development of the association is not personal development, and the health of the association is inseparable from the collective efforts of colleagues in the industry. Chairman Chen proposed that the participating units express their opinions and brainstorm on the future development of the association. Various representatives gave valuable opinions on the current situation of the domestic market. Chairman Chen Miaoren（陈妙仁） listened to the opinions of each representative, refined and summarized the essence on the spot, combined with his ideas, and made specific plans and requirements for the work in the coming year. He pointed out that the healthy development of the industry is inseparable from the support of standards, industry self-discipline, member participation, industry exchanges, and market leadership.
      Regarding the above key points, President Chen Miaoren proposed to speed up the revision of the mandatory standard for ladders GB 12142, and formulate a ladder access threshold that meets our current national conditions; draw up an industry self-discipline convention within the association, set rules and supervision mechanisms, and clarify The member access and exit mechanism lays the foundation for the promotion of subsequent association standard certification products; actively absorbs new members, so that more ladder manufacturers can understand the purpose of the association, understand the industry dynamics, understand the follow-up development direction of the entire industry, and work together; regular release Industry dynamics, industry information, organize member meetings, share domestic and foreign standard dynamics, technological achievement conversion, production management experience and market dynamics, etc., to promote the healthy development of the industry; make ladder safety use guides, product use brochures, etc. in paper or video The model guides consumers to use and choose elevators safely, and guides the healthy development of the market. Finally, he called on companies in the climbing industry to unite, work together, communicate more, and strive to improve the safety and quality of climbing products.
